Description

Description

Taking your daily rides confidently on a beautiful and reliable city bike. With the Trek District 1 Equipped, you'll do it with a big smile on your face.

Easy and low-maintenance
Although the Trek District 1 Equipped has a sporty-looking frame, it is extremely comfortable. Couple this comfort with low-maintenance components and one thing is for sure: This bike will be your best mate on all the rides you want to take.

The Trek District 1 Equipped is a low-maintenance and well-equipped bike. Every day to work and even a nice touring trip can be enjoyed on this city bike.

Technology

Comfortable and smooth
When you want to make your daily rides to work or to run your errands, you naturally desire a nice riding city bike. Because Trek has managed to keep the frame of the District 1 Equipped light, you'll ride that little bit easier. With the wide tyres and suspension fork, you also go smoothly through corners and every bump is dampened. Cycling on this city-bike is therefore very comfortable, especially because of the geometry that gives you an upright sitting position. This position can also be perfected thanks to the adjustable handlebar stem. You would never want to leave this city bike.

Stability at its best
At Trek, they understand that your city bike needs to get you from A to B without a hitch. That's why choosing practical and reliable components makes perfect sense. A 7-speed gear hub gives you a gear range that makes even touring on slightly sloping terrain no longer a problem. To come to a stop, roller brakes are fitted. Other types of brakes may have a slightly shorter braking distance, more reliable than these rollerbrakes is hardly possible. And the lighting, too, is very solid. In fact, it runs on a hub dynamo, with the fragile parts not exposed to the elements. What completes the picture is the closed chaincase. As a result, dirt hardly affects your drivetrain.

Completely equipped
The Trek District 1 Equipped lives up to its name. With their Equipped range, Trek makes sure you can actually jump straight onto the bike without missing a thing. Mudguards, rack, stand and lock: everything comes as standard, so you can enjoy your new city-bike straight away.
